On the 4th of April, 2019, the Jay Foundation Team visited the Shai-Osudoku District Hospital and were awed at the sight of the facility.
The whole hospital was well planned, organized and maintained properly. The Staff were on point and very professional. The neatest of the hospital is commendable.
After a short discussion with the Medical Director, Dr. Kennedy Brightson, it was evident that the Management Team of the hospital is doing a great job.
We visited the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and it was the cleanest and most spacious unit we have seen so far. The Head In-Charge, Mariama Alhassan and her team are very dedicated and have a high record of nurturing 26weeks preterm babies. Their success story is praise-worthy due to their dedication and passion. The Pediatrician, Dr Mrs Baffour Awuah expressed their zeal and were very pleased to have us around.

Radiant Warmer, phototherapy Unit, Belerubinometer, Cardiac Monitors, tiny IV Infusers, KMC Carriers, Cot Sheets and items for the mothers.
