Doreen Addy, a student of University of Ghana, studying Human Resource management, has had a few experiences working with people.
She has worked in different work settings, all involving meeting and interacting with people on a daily basis. Undoubtedly her best by far was working with her preterm baby; it opened doors she never thought existed.

She has a strong passion to help children in general and her drive was further fuelled by the early birth of her son.

Mauricia Williams, Mrs
Mauricia Williams, Mrs

Mauricia is from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago but now resides in the United States of America.
She holds a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management – Edexcel, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, University of Sunderland and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Business Psychology, University of South Wales.
Mauricia has over seventeen years of experience in the field of HR working as a Human Resource Officer/Adviser/Consultant.
However, she has pegged the early birth of her son as one of the most invaluable lessons and experiences she has encountered. Being born at twenty-four weeks (sixteen weeks early) she was forced to learn the rudiments and requirements of caring for a preterm baby in order to properly care for her son. It was this experience that gave Mauricia the motivation, passion and desire to see every family afforded the type of health care necessary for healthy pregnancies and more so, the proper facilitation of preterm babies.
Mauricia has been actively involved in Church for over twenty-two years. She served as the Youth Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Social Coordinator over a span of twelve years and the Dance Teacher of children and teens for over four years. Mauricia also volunteered as a Counsellor at Summer, Youth and Bible Camps. She is happily married with a child and continues to present herself to serve others whenever she can.
She’s based in New York and the Foreign Correspondent of Jay Foundation.
